2: eliminate work hardening to facilitate continued cold working.By solution treatment, the distorted lattice is restored, elongated and broken grains are recrystallized, the internal stress is eliminated, the tensile strength of the wire is decreased and the elongation is increased.
3: restore the inherent corrosion resistance of stainless steel pipe.The corrosion resistance of stainless steel tube is reduced because of carbide precipitation and lattice defects caused by cold working.After solution treatment, the corrosion resistance of stainless steel seamless tube is restored to the best state.
